60 Day Offer

As our products take time and discipline to work,  our refund policy lasts 60 days.  If you are not satisfied for any reason (within 60 days of your purchase date), simply reach out to us directly and we will make it right.

We realize many platforms (i.e. Amazon) sell our product with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  We do not recommend you return the item to the platform you purchased from. Instead, simply contact us and we will make your return hassle free.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery or items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email. We will not be able to issue any credits after this 30 day period. Please note: refunds are issued to the original form of payment. There are no exceptions.

Receiving Your Refund

We will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of the receipt of the product(s). By default, we will process the refund to the original form of payment. Please note, we may deduct a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of our shipping and handling cost.
